The Resilient Leadership Series – Manage Your Mindset and Emotional Well-being
Overview:
Managing your mindset and emotional wellbeing is essential to engagement and the ability to persevere and perform in all areas of life. This session paves the way for developing new skills to understand and manage emotions. It will provide greater insight into the role of emotions at work and how leaders can support emotional wellbeing and mental health.
You will discover new tools to shift your inner critic into your inner coach and have a deeper appreciation of how what you pay attention to determines your perspective and the stories you make up and how all of that determines your emotions and drives your actions. This session gives you the roadmap to manage stress and uncertainty and lead your team more effectively.
Finally, you will get a different take on the significance of “wired in” beliefs and how they unconsciously block curiosity and learning. The leaders we need now understand the role of mindset and emotions in resilience and performance, and actively invest in the well-being of their teams. This session will show you how.
