Module 1 - The Transforming Mindset of a Resilient Leader

Without resilient leadership it will be impossible to have healthy employees who care about your business, feel committed and invested enough to work hard on new solutions with hope, immense courage and sustained energy.
Module 2 - Energize your Team Through Uncertainty
How do you keep people’s heart in the game? How do you keep people engaged? It may not be what you think it is. It’s not policies or programs or trinkets or incentives. It is mostly about regular frequent and consistent conversations that build trust, understanding, connection, belonging, learning, and meaningful contribution. Are you asking enough questions about the things that matter? This session will provide some tools and ideas to make your one-on-one conversations a more powerful leadership tool that builds real energy and engagement.
Module 3 - Who’s Listening
We’re not listening. And no one is listening to us. Yet listening is essential to our times. How well we listen determines how well we love, learn, and connect with one another. Listening well builds engagement and significance. It builds a brave space and gets people to speak up, share ideas and learn together. It will determine how we get through this time. This session is about how to listen when it’s hard to listen. How do you listen when it’s uncomfortable, when you or someone else is emotional, when there is a value conflict, when you disagree, when people are “worked up?” How are you listening in ways that build your team and create psychological safety, reduce stress and help people think better?
Module 4 - Manage your Mindset and Emotional Well-Being
Managing your mindset and emotional wellbeing is essential to engagement and the ability to persevere and perform in all areas of life. This session paves the way for developing new skills to understand and manage emotions. It will provide greater insight into the role of emotions at work and how leaders can support emotional wellbeing and mental health. You will discover new tools to shift your inner critic into your inner coach and have a deeper appreciation of how what you pay attention to determines your perspective and the stories you make up and how all of that determines your emotions and drives your actions. This session gives you the roadmap to manage stress and uncertainty and lead your team more effectively.
Module 5 - Balance Life, Work and Overwhelm
How is your work-life balance these days? How did life get so insanely busy? Wasn’t work at home and hybrid workplaces supposed to free up our time, decrease commute time and reconnect people with their families and everything else that matters most? How has the Great Resignation morphed into the Great Exhaustion? It seems everyone is tired. Burnout is on the rise and mental health is decreasing. We are all searching for better ways to manage work overload and the feeling of overwhelm that comes with too much to do and too much uncertainty.
This certificate will help you set up a routine that is productive, healthy, and sustainable. We will get beyond “hustling for your worth” and wired in beliefs that keep you constantly rushing and pressing to get things done.
