    Overview:

    One of the most prevalent challenges in today’s workplace is maintaining focus amidst constant interruptions. The significance of focus for CPAs has never been more crucial, yet it seems increasingly difficult to achieve. The technology we have access to offers unprecedented productivity through easy access to information, systems, and people. However, it also has the unfortunate consequence of overwhelming us with an excessive amount of information, disrupting our focus. We live in an era of distraction, characterized by the steady and abundant input from various devices, programs, apps, and social media connections, all of which contribute to a fog of distraction.

    In this course you will gain insights into why we are so easily distracted and understand the internal processes occurring in our brains. You will also learn five practical tools you can immediately implement to enhance your focus.
