This course emphasizes the application of practical frameworks, based on examples and experience, to support effective strategic thinking and active influence in decision-making, shaping strategy and business direction.

  • Exploration and application of a suite of practices, reflections and/or frameworks to support collaborative, individual and collective ‘inspired accountability’ from purpose, vision and strategy formulation through to strategy execution and implementation
  • Principles, practices and frameworks will be further considered from the perspective of the professionalism and business value-adding expectations of the CPA as the “preeminent accounting designation and business credential”  

Course #2 Art of Adaptability – Upskilling Your Pivotal Response Capability

  • Exploration and application of several frameworks to support and facilitate adaptability and agility and continue to be future ready in a VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) environment
  • Principles, practices and frameworks will be further considered from the perspective of the professionalism and business value-adding expectations of the CPA as the “preeminent 
    Accounting designation and business credential” 

Course #3 Magnetic Messaging – Strategically Focused Storytelling to Engage, Connect and Influence

  • Exploration and application of several frameworks to support effective communication regarding strategy formulation and/or execution, business partnering, and/or strategic thinking and analysis
  • Principles, practices and frameworks will be further considered from the perspective of the professionalism and business value-adding expectations of the CPA as the “preeminent accounting designation and business credential”
