Summary

    Overview:

Understanding how change affects people is one of the most important factors in successfully implementing changes of all sizes. This engaging, hands-on workshop will furnish you with dozens of practical techniques and tools to help you and your employees prepare for, deal, with, and make the most of change.

When you think about how difficult it is to change yourself, you realize how difficult it is to change someone else, let alone a team or organization. The fact that we undergo so much change, that we are expected to drive positive change, and that change can be so stressful and messy, makes “managing transitions” a crucial work and life skill. In addition to receiving a toolkit of useful practices, we will learn by doing, i.e., we will do real transition management work together in the workshop. If you can help yourself and your employees better deal with change, you will all become more flexible and adaptable, suffer less stress from change, and generate results more consistently.
