    Overview:

    In today’s increasingly complex business environment, ethical challenges are more nuanced than ever. Decision-making can be further complicated by the collaboration of four different generations within the same organization. This interactive course explores how to draw on the distinct values, perspectives, and strengths of each generation to build a strong ethical culture and improve workplace decision-making.

    Please note: This course is highly interactive. Participants are encouraged to come prepared to actively share their insights and experiences.

     

    Learning Objectives:

    Upon completing this course, you should be able to:

    • Distinguish between common generational stereotypes and the values that truly shape each group
    • Connect the profession’s Fundamental Principles to the generational values that reinforce them; and
    • Develop practical strategies to leverage intergenerational teams in strengthening ethical culture and decision-making
