    Overview:

    Given the pace of change today, leading change has become a core leadership competency and life skill. All managers today must know how to drive positive change and make it stick. In this hands-on workshop we review several foundational change models and bring it all together in an integrated, proprietary model called “The 9 Conversations.” This workshop is both broad and deep but also completely practical and actionable. It will prepare you for a broader range of change management challenges, and help you be more consistently successful in driving change and executing strategy—getting stuff done and making it stick.
