Overview:

This Leading High-Performing Teams course will help you to diagnose and understand the different challenges facing teams and what you, as a leader, can do to support them.

In this course, we will explore Tuckman’s Team Development Model and introduce approaches and strategies, including assessments that can be used with your teams. We will outline the 6 characteristics of high-performing teams that need to be in place to ensure business results, and finally, we will explore the challenges that leaders may encounter when managing hybrid teams. You will be introduced to some strategies and approaches to improve productivity and output that ensure all team members feel engaged and included.
