    Overview:

    We make tens of thousands of decisions every day. How can we better understand the hidden biases that underlie our decisions, shape our perspectives, and influence our interactions? 

    In this course we will consider the drivers of unconscious bias and the impact on organizational decision making. We will explore how best to identify and mitigate the risks of unconscious bias in the workplace, in order to build more innovative, inclusive, and ultimately successful organizations.
