Overview:

We make thousands of decisions every day.  These decisions are influenced by our experiences, assumptions, and mental shortcuts, and many may be driven by factors outside our conscious awareness. This course explores the hidden biases that shape our perspectives and influence our interactions, often without our awareness. 

You will examine the drivers of unconscious bias and its impact on decision-making within organizations. Through real-world examples and interactive discussions, we will identify strategies to begin to recognize and mitigate these biases, fostering more inclusive, innovative, and effective workplaces. By the end of the course, you will be equipped with practical tools to enhance objectivity, improve leadership effectiveness, and drive better business outcomes.
