    • Take it Personally. As a Leader How do You Model Purpose?
    • Rumble with Your Story: - 10 Defining Moments, 7 Conscious Choices and 5 Pivotal People
    • A Dozen Useable Ideas including:
      1. Rumble with your story – find your through line
      2. Draft and refine a why statement
      3. Create a mantra map
      4. Do a best/barrier conversation
      5. Share short “shine a light” stories (say that 3x’s fast)
      6. Share a weekly impact note
      7. Do a culture capture
      8. Play the nine whys game
