    You need to have more fun. In a world where languishing became a common way to describe our mood, most teams are ready to amp up energy and start flourishing. This course will invite you to consider new ways to bring more lightness, fizz and energy to your work and life.

    This final course in the series, you will leave inspired about what is possible when you focus on opportunities for real joy in the workplace. What would happen if people finished more days of work thinking, “that was awesome”? It is the uplifting moments we remember because we learned something, felt proud of something, laughed and smiled about something or had a real moment of connection with someone. This course will outline a dozen ways to make those days happen more often.

     

    Course Content:

    In this course, you will gain knowledge about the following topics:

    • What does it mean to flourish? Why does it matter?
    • The fun/happy audit
    • Why do Humans Laugh? How Often? (The answers are surprising)
    • Humans Have an Attention Problem
    •  Shift Perspective to Find the Uplift
    • How to Make the Mundane more Magnificent … and Inspire Action
    •  How to Send Play Signals and Connect More
    • A dozen ways to flourish at work including:
      • Pay attention differently – be way more curious – start an idea notebook
      • Embrace and cultivate moments of elevation, insight, pride, and connection
      • Commit to a curious conversation once per day
      • Make your workspace fun and inspiring
      • Use celebration and acknowledgment boards
      • Create daily experiences of calm connection and contentment
      • Look for the moments of fun and “let the feelings slip in.”
      • Be able to laugh at yourself
    • 7 Day Rx - Small challenges that build momentum
